TrakMaster™

One of the most advanced three-piece freight bogie systems, the TrakMaster™ is engineered for next-generation performance. It’s specifically designed for high mileage and heavy axle load railcars, offering superior curving performance that reduces wheel flange wear. As the first bogie to pass the latest AAR specification criteria with updated track profiles, it promises longer wheel and component life, a re-engineered dual rate suspension, and lower maintenance costs, making it an ideal choice for demanding freight applications.

Motion Control®

Motion Control bogies are the most versatile, variable damped bogie systems available, designed for increased payload and extended service life. Recognized for being the lightest and most commonly specified M-976 bogie system, it boasts the lowest lifecycle maintenance costs. Key features include the Adapter Plus® steering pad, which enhances wheel and bearing service life, and longer friction wedge life. The first to achieve unconditional AAR M-976 approval, this bogie system is optimal for handling up to a 286,000-pound Gross Rail Load (32.5-tonne Axle Load).

Super Service Ride Control®

The Super-Service Ride Control bogie is designed to reduce wear and maintain stability by keeping the bogie square as components wear. Suitable for loads up to 286,000 pounds (32.5 tonnes per axle), it features a wide-winged friction wedge for enhanced stability, making it a reliable choice for heavy-duty freight operations.

Swing Motion®

The Swing Motion bogie offers premier suspension design for enhanced safety and stability, especially at high speeds. Known for its proprietary Swing Motion stabilisation system, it provides superior ride quality, improved lading protection, and reduced wear on wheels and components.
